We have nothing to do with so-called past questions, says ICPC
The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has announced that they have nothing to do with so-called past questions being sold by a faceless group of persons.
The ICPC on Wednesday issued a disclaimer signed by the management on its official Twitter handle to this effect.
“The attention of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has been drawn to the nefarious activities of a faceless group of persons selling handouts purportedly containing past questions asked by the Commission in previous recruitments,” the ICPC wrote.
“In view of this unwholesome development, ICPC wishes to make it abundantly clear that it has nothing to do with the so-called past questions.”
The foremost Anti-Corruption Commission in Nigeria thereafter urged the members of the public to ignore the online publication.
It also called on Nigerians to report any nefarious activity to the Commission or any person found involved in disseminating such fake information and extorting money from hapless applicants.
The ICPC is the Commission with the mandate of fighting corruption in Nigeria through lawful enforcement and preventive measures.
