- Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
- manage and maintain resource for work activities.co-ordinate project-based work Co-ordinate interface with some service providers and ensure seamless delivery. Must reside within Lekki axis
- prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents design and maintain electronic databases using desktop tools collate and manage electronic data.
- Electronic/physical filing & retrieval of documents and reference materials conduct research, collect and analyze data prepare reports and documents
- Ensure resources for meetings and events are available
- Ensure office Physical Structures and utilities are maintained and updated (Zerdowntime)review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary monitor, screen, respond and distribute incoming communications Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- Year specific experience not required. Proven ability providing support on high level projects or assignments is desired but not essential.
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
